Training modules
Valve test station:
This module focuses on the correct and safe operation of our high-pressure valve test station. Participants will gain a clear understanding of essential procedures, safety protocols, and best practices to ensure reliable and efficient testing performance.
Lens Ring Flange connection assembly:
This module focuses on alignment and assembly of a HP Flange connection. Participants will learn techniques to enhance sealing effectiveness, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime
Rupture Disc training:
This module covers the application of rupture discs in medium and high-pressure systems. It includes basic principles, selection criteria, and practical aspects of installation, handling, and condition assessment.
Different rupture disc designs and typical use cases are presented.
A live burst test demonstrates the behavior of rupture discs under pressure and illustrates relevant safety aspects.
Injection Pumps :
This module focuses on maintenance on HP pump heads and check valves. Participants will learn maintenance techniques to allow reliable operation of the HP pump with increased lifetime or main wear parts and to avoid ad-hoc repairs
Pump Hydraulics:
This module will address the hydraulic system in the injection pumps. The hydraulics play a critical and important role in the consistent and reliable operation of the injection pumps. With proper adjustment and rebuilding of the 3/2 valve you can ensure
long and lasting reliability.
Maintenance Intervals:
This module examines how inspection findings, operating severity, and demonstrated reliability can influence maintenance intervals for common high‑pressure LDPE equipment.
HP Lubrication Station:
The station will cover an overview of the cylinder lubrication points, lubrication definitions, components with tear down and reassembly of the pump.
Vibration and Pulsation Optimization in Hyper Compressor Plants:
Hyper compressor plants are highly sensitive to vibration and pulsation effects that can impact reliability and component lifetime. This training outlines practical approaches to analyze and mitigate these phenomena using acoustic and mechanical measures, including pulsation control and structural optimization. Application examples demonstrate how targeted mitigation strategies can improve operational stability and reduce mechanical stress in hyper compressor systems.
