Valve assembly & packing replacement​

In this hands-on service workshop, we train your team on a proper valve disassembly and assembly: step-by-step instructions covering everything from removal and component inspection to safe recommissioning. In addition we show how to do a correct packing replacement to ensure long-lasting leak-tightness.

Check valve maintenance and testing

The HP check valve is a critical component of the high-pressure pump head. Even the slightest leaks or signs of wear can lead to pressure and flow losses and impair the plants process stability up to plant shut-down. In this workshop, your team will gain a detailed understanding of the internal workings of high-pressure check valves, the correct maintenance and test their functionality firsthand.

Sealing surfaces & flange mounting​

This module focuses on remachining of sealing surfaces, as well as proper flange installation to optimize equipment performance. Participants will learn techniques to enhance sealing effectiveness, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reduced downtime.

Pump Check for high-pressure pumps​

High-pressure Initiator Injection Pumps, also called Peroxide or Catalyst Dosing Pumps, are the heart of LDPE/EVA plants. They are responsible for precise temperature control in the reactor.
An unplanned failure is costly and dangerous. In this workshop, your team will learn how a systematic inspection process can maximize system availability, minimize safety risks, and sustainably reduce your operating costs (OPEX). We provide an overview of the key inspection points of a high-pressure pump.
